Refund Policy

West Stanly Youth Football Organization Refund Policy

For all teams including Cheerleading, Flag Football, Division 1 and Division 2, the West Stanly
Youth Football Organization has the following refund policy.

  • A player/cheerleader quits prior to uniforms and jerseys being order for the season, a full refund of the registration fee will be issued, minus the 3.5% credit card processing fees and and insurance fees.
  • In the event uniforms and jerseys have been ordered, and a player leaves a team, the player/cheerleader will receive 50% of the total registration fee paid, minus the 3.5% credit card processing fees and insurance fees.
  • If a player/cheerleader quits after the first game of the season, no refund or credit will be issued.
